Walk-in Tech Support

• Come to the library weekdays before 5PM to sit down one-on-one with our IT staff for tech support Bring your laptop, phone, computer, or any electronic device for any help or questions.

• No appointment necessary, just come on by!

Virtual Help Desk

• Get tech support without leaving home! Set an appointment for our virtual help desk, and our IT staff will call you and assist you remotely. Remote assistance requires you to install the app Anydesk. Click HERE to install the app on your device. Our IT staff will help install and uninstall the app during the appointment if needed.

• Appointment times are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10AM and 3PM and can last up to an hour.

Teen Tech

• Our walk-in Tech Support is supplimented by Teen Tech: Teen volunteers ready to help you one-on-one with technology. No appointment necessary. Teen Tech hours are:

• Monday 4PM - 6PM

• Tuesday 3PM - 5PM

• Wednesday 4PM - 6PM

• Thursday 3PM - 5PM

• Friday 3PM - 5PM

• Saturday 12PM - 2PM
